As long as you get the ending result from each scenario, it can happen. The choices dont have to be exact, mine weren't and still got it.

Huh weird, when I did this quest I took her money, killed royce but when I left the building the guy that was tied up at the start was the guy ending the mission, wonder what triggered that

Huh. I never did this side mission. When it got to the point where V was slammed to the ground, I figured the goons were going to kill me, so I loaded an earlier save and skipped this part.
