Yes, at least on my game on the ps4pro, it has always had the cursor animation when breaking down items..
8 months later and they've added 2 crappy jackets no one will use and an alternative appearance for Johnny that makes him look like an emo hipster. Also a million bugfixes that apparently make little difference. 8 months. The moddiing community had more substantive changes available in *8 days*. This game died on the operating table and no amount of surgery will save it.
Any info on next gen versions?
