  1. This became my #2 game of all time. I love how immersive not just the world is, but how engaging the convos with anyone is. The voice acting, body language is so on point. Phantom Liberty alone is my 2023 Game of The Year. I hope everyone gives this game another chance, so worth it.
I'm sorry you dealt with all these issues. Within my over 200 hours now playthrough including Phantom Liberty ive maybe ran into enough bugs to count on one hand. Anything else might have been way too minor to even notice. I'm on ps5 btw, noticed the majorty of people running into problems would be on PC, but idk.

  2. answer to the title:
no, and at this rate it's gonna require 10 more years and 7+ paid dlcs. why is majority of players so positive about 2.0/first paid dlc? over 70% of promised features, mechanics and content is still not in the game. after three years of having stuttering animations that dont connect, ai now has smooth animations that do connect. i would bet a dollar that the dlc has content that was planned for the base game and was set to be included in its price, now resold at a separate price. one mechanic that was promised but never implemented until 2.0, was an elaborate crime system with corrupt police and more. still not in the game, now there's gta-like stars. very impressive, now let's see paul allen's crime system. x other said mechanics etc are still not in, while animators work on some netflex series. really? these are the big successes that got everyone so happy?

at one point i read someone's argument that its not the industry's fault, it's the consumer's for accepting the lowering of standards. i dont accept such an argument for i dont consider myself a member of the consumer crowd, but even then the argument seems fitting, because seeing majority of players clapping like seals for the fixing of basic components of a first person shooter videogame with some rpg aspects that are slowly being patched in over the years, is disappointing and then some. ESPECIALLY when it's from the same studio that did witcher 3.

  3. Bro said none other game could’ve achieved that before, you heard about GTA5? 😂 cops were patrolling and had a wanted system with chases 10 years before this game was even a thought
