Is this an actual weapon you can keep in your inventory or can you not?
I can’t store it in my inventory
It’s a heavy gun, you can’t slot weapons of that type in your inventory
Use a mod to store it in your inventory

Its a heavy so it can't be stored in inventory, however you manipulate the guy spawn by running away somewhere, timechange or both. Then you'll get it again. I wish cdpr would allow players to put heavy guns in the trunks of cars.
Just had a thought but once you find Rebecca's machine gun, can you go back and get it again since it can't be stored
