Make sure yall turn off film grain. chromatic abberation and all that bs when yourre playing on ps5. game will look much cleaner.

PC are mostly pointless now and have been since the days of crisis, when they bring back games that are only on PC because only pcs can run them cough , unreal 1 , half life 1 and 2 for cry , stalker crisis the list goes on then I would be happy to splash the cash but pretty much everything is consoles then PC so kinda pointless paying all that money for a little polish , especially with games like horizon 2 on ps5 and how good the new 1.5 cyber punk patch is … a good example of this is most e3 games like watch dogs ghost recon wild lands and witcher 3 there e3 debuts were amazing looking but the console version were not but goes to show that was easy capable on PC back in the 90s that's exactly what we would of gotten with he console ports looking much worse now its dam we need to downgrade the PC to match the console versions to keep everyone happy 😆
I have it on both my 3080ti and ps5 and i can say for sure pc looks Alot better with full raytracing on. Raytracing in all games on ps5 is very very limited they should have just not implemented it at all, but then again it’s a good sell marketing.

Je regrette pas d'avoir acheter ma PS5 finalement, c'est vrai que c'est dommage ils auraient pu utilisé le FSR vu qu'elle est compatible ça aurait pu compensé avec le mode Ray Tracing mais globalement pour une console a 400/500$ contre un pc qui je pense doit valoir 2000/3000$, la différence est trop faible pour justifier un tel prix, si face à une RTX 3050 Ok mais face à une RTX 3080 et avoir peu de différence c'est dommage :/
Nice for the Xbox and PS players. I love my PC and can play with 60 fps and raytracing with ultra grafik. Sure is the PC much better with fps and can use mods and work with it, but the xbox/ps is cheaper

Textures look much higher quality on certain objects.
You didn't show the Ray traced reflections which affects cars, windows, puddles etc..doesn't affect the player mirror.
PC has a higher level of ambient occlusion, I can see more shadows underneath objects amd in general higher quality shadows.
Looks like the distance LOD is higher too
There is also a 4K/8K landscape texture mod for high end PCs which looks mind-blowing..that paired with the E3 2018 reshade looks even better.
PS5 still looks great and is great for the low cost but you really do get alot more when paying the premium price on PC.
Highly recommend the 2018 E3 HUD mod too once its updated to 1.5
Much better on PC is a misnomer as 90% of all PCs people own are less powerful than the Playstation 5.
The correct description would be it looks better on the high-end PCs ($3500) than on the Playstation 5 ($600)

@Battleneter the point is, you cannot compare A 400$ Playstation 5 console to a 3500$ dollar High end PC and say PC ist better. If you compare A 400$ PC to a Playstation 5, that would be an accurate comparison.

a few years in I'm still not sure how impactful is RTX on precepted visual quality. May be there should be Rtx off comparision in this video lol.
For me though the art style, design, texture and color palette is still much more important to decide whether a game look beautiful or not.
The biggest difference from what I can see is Raytracing on the ps5 is at medium settings, a lot less godrays and textures are not as good.
The ps5 image quality isn't as sharp as the pc version.
But as a PC gamer myself I have to say when your putting a £700 GPU ( RRP ) against a £450 ( RRP ) console you can't really expect it to compete.
That said the ps5 version of the game still looks pretty dam good and shows the leap from PS4 to PS5 is much bigger than the jump from PS3 to PS4.
Lack of FSR on ps5 is dissapointing, i don't understand why most of developer didnt use FSR in their games on consoles 🙃

If this was made a year ago you could of got away with it but as an actual PS5 version is now available and you're clearly showing the PS4 version running in BC mode and saying it's the PS5 version….that's pretty sad

Give me a 1200P Raytraced Reflections mode on PS5 just like Insomniac did with Spiderman Miles Morales.
I play on PS5 on my 65 c1 and mine isn't as blurry as what's showing here. Granted the PC version is always going to be better but it isn't as blurry as this.

Well, considering the game is free on PC (you know) and after playing the game you can do 1000 things you can't do on a console, it's better.
Also, in 6 or 7 years, when these new consoles are updated, your PC will play new games just lowering graphics.

This comparison isn't exactly fair. There are numerous scenes where the improved raytracing features of PC makes the image look considerably more realistic, believable, and beautiful, but there are scenes where rasterization gets close enough that the PS5 looks similar.
A better conparison would search for the scenes, of which there are many, that showcase the differences better.
Not to hate on the PS5. It is an amazing machine. But the RTX 3080 is more than twice as powerful in raytraced rendering and the PC version of Cyberpunk 2077 has many more raytracing features that really make the game look wonderful. But the shots presented in this video are not representative of those scenes.

PC Has global illumination and reflections. Much better but as a PC gamer PS5 is way better because of its value. You literally cannot get a pc anywhere close to the price and performance of the PS5
I own a Alienware PC with RTX 3080 and PS5. It looks nice on PS5 but I can say it looks a lot sharper on PC, also it can run on Ultra with all the RT reflections…
And don't forget the additional mods only for PC Gamers
