  1. So for the encounter with Hideshi Hino (the guy that Johnny says looks like Takemura) there is a bit of context that makes that encounter make more sense.

    Back when you meet Takemura on the docks you have the option to ride with him to Wakako's. If you choose to go by yourself, when you get there, Takemura is talking to an asian guy outside that says he looks like Hideshi Hino and even gets Takemura to say his catch phrase.

    Without this context I 100% agree with what you said and I'm surprised that CDPR kept this dialog the way they did since without that earlier exchange, it all seems pretty weird and inappropriate…
