  1. Sorry for the poor editing and if it seems rushed. I watched the stream during my lunch and I got super excited and wanted to share some of my insights 🙂 A more detailed video will follow, enjoy Edgerunners!!

  2. After the 1.6 update today I was finishing up side gigs & went to El capitao I used the fast travel to get there. When I got there I looked up & realized there was a big space dump ship. & was kinda like i don't remember seeing that. So I went up there & it said don't go any further nothing for you to do here

  3. In original, Cyberpunk 2020 lore, Arasaka did nuked their own tower, by accident, as Militech detonated a small, mimimum yeld nuclear device, during the crazy joint US Military/Militech/NoCal/Nomad/Edgerunners operation aimed at clearing Night City of Arasaka presence and securing one of the last uncompromised data fortress. And that mini nuke detonated arasaka's nuke and wiped out the centre of Night City. The Cyberpunk 2077/Red lore says that it gave President Kress the excuse to nationalize Militech and kick Arasaka out, but in the original lore Militech was already nationalized and Arasaka was literaly alone against every single nation (save it's puppets) and corporations who had enough of their shit. Arasaka was eventualy saved by japanese military that arrested Arasaka's leadership and forced the cease fire. The non-canon follow up in now forgotten Cyberpunk v3 has Saburo Arasaka executed and his head sent to Elisabeth Kress 🙂 nevertheless, the Big Lie was not that big of a lie, as it consisted mostly of the truth.
As for the DLC plot. It seems to be the Escape from New York homage. Air Force One crashes in what seems to be Pacifica and V is enlisted to rescue the President. What's interesting. The sexy chick in the trailer is not Meyers, as she is shown in several news flashes in the game and looks differently. And although that chick is sexy, she also looks kind of old, cunning and not like a person someone would wan't to mess with. My guess, probably wrong, that it actually is Elisabeth Kress, who retained some position in the federal government or went corporate. And that the whole affair is a coup designed to help her return to power, as she might be disappointed with the direction the country she had to rebuilt twice is heading. That would be interesting, if not, I guess the devs came up with their own interesting ideas, as most of them were good (except Johnny, but that's my opinion)

  4. My bet is the playable area is the stadium and the locked off parts of Pacifica bordering it, in a news report you can hear in game Rien offered the Pacifica region to Kang Tao for 1 eurodollar if they could remove the looters there, I bet NUSA is taking up the offer and claiming that half of Pacifica, I even bet that's why that helicopter is unloading into that building during Placide's welcome to Pacifica speech, it's NUSA clearing out all the Cyberpsychos and looters to claim the region
