Cyberpunk 2077 meant to have an AK-47 type rifle, but it was cut from the final game. You can see this weapon on the Artstation channel of Csaba Szilagyi.
I hoped that CDPR will include this cut weapon in Phantom Liberty, but they didn't. 🙁🙁🙁

I was hoping they finally bring bullpup rifle from the first trailer. Quite a bummer, but IIRC Mike Pondsmith himself said that it looks too star warsy to him.

The HA-4 GRIT is basically an overclocked, slow firing, reloadable Slaught-O-Matic
i wouldn't dare shooting 20 mm gun with burst fire while holding it like a RPG.
These are easily some of the best animations from a 2023 game, although a few contenders from MWII like the 2011 pistol dare compete.

The NDI osprey is kinda similar to the lynx bullpup 50bmg except that it doesn't do Three round burst

Weapon design in this game is gold. Only thing I wish they'd implement is semi auto and auto switch, not a make or break by any means, but a nice touch of realism. 3 round burst is a little pointless to me when you have full auto and semi auto. Both have control over how many rounds you choose to fire in game and IRL

Where's my arc weapons, that laser shoulder cannon from Akira and damn mechas. I like these new weapons, don't get me wrong but it feels mostly cosmetic.
