Hey, what vbios is on your 4090? Yours is getting way more wattage than my MSI one does (it never pulls over 380w, even in C2077)
Man, the 3D VCache in the X3D CPUs HAS to be making the console platform owners insistent on using that in future consoles. The efficient performance uplift it provides games is nuts.
couldn't you use hwinfo to bring the data for the 9800x3d? It seems to work fine for me.

What actual benefits does 9800x3d bring for 4K right now? At 4K, everything looks GPU bound. I am sure the 9800x3d is immensely powerful but I don't see the fps increasing in 4K compared to previous Cyberpunk uploads with different CPU and same preset. Is it perhaps a more overall smoother experience so less stutters? It seem to benefit only gaming on 1080p which is nice for esports fans. What is the 3D cache doing that we actually can see on the screen? Love to hear some thoughts.
Please, can you test Diablo 4 WITHOUT Framegen and DLSS in 1080p, with MAX raytracing?
This is one of the most CPU-heavy and CPU-limited scenarios (like Homeworld 3) I've seen, and NOBODY has tested Diablo 4 without framegen with RT so far.
Hello @bang4buckgamer, Is the 9800x3d fast while just doing general usage in windows/scrolling/browsing around, etc?
I read about some other youtuber (frame chasers, he seems like a Intel shill to me) that keeps saying x3d chips are very sluggish in windows. Could you help me clarify this please, its very important for me to have a cpu thats snappy not only in gaming but scrolling around in windows as well.

hello i just ordered corsair hero and 9800x3d tomorrow i will test it but i am so curious about dragon age veil guard and nfs unbound with 9800x3d that these games consume more than 200watts at 4k native with 14900ks…. could you check these two games

looks absolutely amazing…you know tho when AMD won in production and intel won in games they gave AMD the win…the 2 series beats the 9 series in production and no one cares lol…also intel will need a gaming specific chip to beat the x3d no matter what..intel is actually winning the old race but AMD just started a new one
You can eliminate that autosave stutter by going to cyberpunks Engine Folder/Config/ then Base & create an ini file & name it userfile. Then add these lines SaveConfig
AutoSaveEnabled=false. Note you need square brackets around the SaveConfig line

I think the price right now for both the 7800X3D and the 9800X3D is ridiculous. About 330 is reasonable imo for the 7800X3D and 380 for the 9800X3D.

This cpu is really showing. But I think it will shine even more with X870E chipset and then memory at higher frequency. I think 7600 low cl is possible.
is your 4090 on a custom waterloop. thats a nice OC. I got a 9800x 3d now as well. Getting about 10 fps on average less than you i suspect because my 4090 maxes at 2820mhz on air
