  1. Why the Suicide quickhack instead of Cyberpsychosis? I'd think making one or two people fight their allies and then commit suicide would always be better than just offing themselves

  2. What's the point of putting 18 on tech if we kill things mostly with quickhacks? Why do we need to improve our weapons?
    Wouldn't just more points in body or reflex do it better?

  3. My Thoughts:
    1. I would suggest putting starting INT to 6 and getting INT to 20 first so that you can have all Legendary QH by level 15 (6+14 level ups). Legendary QH (Especially "Short Circuit" passive) is a game changer.

    2. Get "True Craftsman" perk first, find an Eye Cyberware Mod Schematic for sale at a vendor (i.e. Target Analysis) and craft that/sell it for profit over and over again to get initial funds. ~200,000 Eddies only takes about 30 minutes of clicking/selling/pass time 24 hours while standing at a Junk vendor that sells components and this should easily allow you to purchase everything you need early game (under level 20). Make sure you have extra "Target Analysis" mods in your inventory at all times so that whenever you "spend" money you can sell back mods to get your money back from the vendor. [Note: You can do this early game even before you visit Victor for your first cyberware… Just make sure that if you do that when you do visit Victor don't choose the option to "Pay" when you first get your eye/hand cyberware as I think it is still bugged in 1.5 and you will end up paying twice]

    2A – Buy items that don't require Street Cred and found in Watson: Leg Cyberware, Subdermal Armor/Optic Camo, Uncommon Cyberdeck ([Biotech E Mk1], Ripperdoc in Kabuki). Early game I'd also suggest buying RARE Frag Grenade schematic and craft 100+ of them using those to over-kill opponent groups which you are still weak, just make sure no innocents are in the area. Look for the best "E-Disk" cyber you can find also, as you will likely need the extra RAM before you have the Street Cred to purchase EPIC/Legendary Cyberdeck. Always use Breach/Icepick to lower ram cost.

    3. Once you have crafted all of your legendary QH (and a 2nd copy version of all at Epic level in case you want to swap down for lower RAM cost) [You can visit Netrunner shops for QH components] you can perk reset and get rid of those 4 QH crafting perks and replace with STEALTH poison perks: "Neurotoxin", "Rattlesnake", and "Hasten the Inevitable" (Contagion QH is poison) also CRAFTING: "Efficient Upgrade" for possible free upgrade which can get expensive if you upgrade a piece of gear 10+ levels. [Note: You can install LEGENDARY quickhacks into an Uncommon Cyberdeck so you might as well rush to them.]

    4. Keep track of your street Cred. At 12 SC you can buy RARE cyberdecks, at 30 SC you can buy EPIC cyberdecks, at 40 SC you can buy legendary cyberdeck.

    5. If you are playing on PC I highly suggest MODDING your game, many excellent mods are available and can improve the experience.

  4. Thanks I have watched about 10 different netrunner builds and they all claim it’s the best setup but they are all different. I just want something solid and consistent so I don’t have to start over later haha

  5. I don’t understand how that efficiency perk works in breach protocol. Can you explain please? A written guide I saw said it’s a little unreliable because the area you use it must have cameras or turrets?

    3 Body
    18 Reflex
    18 Technical Ability
    12 Cool
    20 Intelligence

    This lets me pretty much use anything I want, other than Blunt Weapons and Shotguns.

    18 TA lets me craft great weapons, 12 Cool is enough to do most stuff, 20 Intelligence just makes quickhacks brutal and gives me tons of RAM, and 18 Reflex lets me shred with Mantis Blades or whatever.
