You are all either blind or terribly ignorant to the undocumented patch to patch changes that affected the graphical presentation of this game. This video is actually not bad. From 0:51 when he’s driving under the highway, pay attention to how 1.11 had much more far out cascading shadow pop-in compared to 1.3 (or anything after 1.12 for that matter).
