The test was done at High preset.

The gameplay felt smoother to me because of better 1% lows and there are some graphical effects I saw which felt new. I didn’t see huge performance uplift by measuring FPS but that’s maybe due to the limitations of GTX 1060 (I could be wrong). But FPS got better, even 0.1% improvement is better. Overall seems the game is quite polished as it should be. ‬

PC SPECS:

  2. thank you cd projekt red, for nothing! lol the performance hasn't changed and it seems like the cpu usage has even increased i'm just fine with v1.11 i'm close to the ending doesn't worth updating

  3. Pretty much no difference. It was expected and believe it or not those are new requirements for new games. Since new graphic cards are capable for 4K 60+ fps and new consoles have very powerfull hardware. Performance fixes were mostly done for some lagging locations where fps was dropping low.

  4. Thanks. After I watched your video I canceled my download. I was going to give it another chance after the hype of patch 1.2, but it still runs like ass. Fuck this game. I will never preorder again.

  5. I love how the comments are complaining about the performance yet forgot that Red Dead Redemption 2 runs basically the same on the High preset. Also the patch was mainly for bug fixes and stability.

  6. One thing that needs to be said. Although you're getting 30-50 fps on the 1060, it doesnt actually feel like that low of a frame rate…Just saying, it's actually quite playable

  7. I doubt they are going to fix performance as in fps, but more towards preventing fps drops and more game breaking stuff. The actual problem is not the fps, but the whole game has so much bugs.

  8. for all those talking about framerate the priority was probably on fixing the mission bugs which were breaking the game. They are still planning more patches for last gen consoles
