Tip, do you have a next-gen console?
As a Cyberpunk 2077 player on an original PS4, I haven't run into that many glitches or bugs. I realize I'm in the minority, but aside from some crashes and some things to look out for that were reported or fixed by the time I got to a certain point, I've had a lot of fun with it.
Obviously there are a lot of things that should be fixed with the game, I've seen the car catapult glitch, which I found funny at the time, and some NPC's started falling from the sky after the most recent patch, but nothing that has caused any major problems for me.
I really hope they can get it fixed quickly, and get it out there for people to enjoy, because I've played through the story, and I like what they did with it. I think it has the potential to be as popular as Witcher 3 (which I also loved).

The excuse for the reason why the game was so buggy is inexcusable. There's no way they did not notice the bugs on the ps4 and xbox versions of the game (Maybe there were a few bugs for the next gen console in bit sure). The game should've been dropped from last gen consoles and continued being developed for next gen.

Tipster.. Don't try to "explain" why what they released was not good enough. They KNEW it was not good enough, but greed and release pressure made them go down the dark path they did.
The game should NEVER have been released on PS4 and Xbox, as those are just not powerfull enough to cope with the demands of the game.
It is primarely for PC and then for current generation Consoles.
So trying to excuse them in any way just sound dumb, from someone who knows the game industry as well as you do.
I sugest that you think a video through in the future,before you make it and release it.
I stoped watching this one after a few minutes, as i do not want to hear any explanation to why "things went wrong".

SIMPs tried to spun the whole story of that disastrous GameSpot review even though the review itself doesn't even mention how unfinished the game is.
Been saying this crap since broken games started dropping in the ps3 era, Elder Scrolls Oblivion, as much as I love that game, was the main game to make me see this. On the ps3 the game will never allow you to become a human again after becoming a Vamp, because of a bug they, apparently, couldn't patch.
Game Devs and more importantly their producers are so stuck on this whole "game as a service" crap that they don't see people paying for them, they only see the bills. And the more we allow it the worse it's gonna be. Soon we'll have all game companies only thinking like EA and Activision.

My concern is if we wait for reviews, who do we trust to give an honest review? So many times we see dumbass reviews because "it's too hard" or literally it's already bad because of muh representation
I mean I got 187 hours on PC. Modded and all. The game is in a playable state. If it wasn't, modders wouldn't be constantly pumping out mods daily. I don't know about consoles and personally don't care about them all I keep seeing is Series X and ps5 run fine but Ps4 and xbox one don't. So this patch delay isn't gonna bother as many PC players as you'd think.

My theory is the patches were not going to come out on the timelime given in the public apology video and they've set up a series of lies ever since to explain the delays. I never bought the story about the hack, it was a diversion.

I have over 250 hours into the game on a 1st generation PS 4 and I’ve had a great time. Sure it has bugs and frame rate issues but at no point was it unplayable for me. I wouldn’t by far say it’s the greatest game I’ve ever played but I still had an enjoyable experience and look forward to future updates and dlc.
