Cyberpunk 2077 has released its first major patch, v1.1, but it has created at least one game-breaking bug, and its fixes are not going to be noticeable for most players. You can give it a shot at your own risk, but here’s what’s going on. Evie cameo status: active.

  1. Agree. Didn't see any changes with the patch (PC). My overall experience with the game it's "fine": Only one crash in 70 hours of gameplay, lots of visual glitches and bugs, but nothing game breaking. I could say that I've got a really good early access version of the game.

  2. Cyberpsycho quest is still bugged, and takemura's call make the main story bugged too. Tthe rng of legendary items are no more random and loading a save won't give u a chance to loot something better. The police still tp randomly and the ia is the same for npc's. Great fix cdpr. Best epic fail ever.

  3. Definitely agree with your point about their response being a bigger issue than the game being broken. The choices before launch as well are part of that same issue, imo.

  4. Hey Paul, long time fan, been subbed for an hour but I needed to write this.

How dare you make a non-Destiny video. This will not stand. I’m going to vaguely imply I’m going to unsubscribe but actually do nothing.

I hope you think about this as you continue making free content for me to watch.

  5. im on PC (ryzen 2700x + nvidia rtx 2070 super) and noticed that while I did get about a 4-6 frame bump in frames while on foot, driving is still buggy and fps drops, and bugs in general have become more prevalent after the patch (t-posing npcs, wonky trees etc, exploding garbage bags etc…)

  6. My only assumption about Cyberpunk still not being on the PSN store is on CDPR, they'll have to prove that Cyberpunk is in a state that is viable for sale. Keep up the content Paul.

  7. You are probably confusing your own expectations with bugs. That is, the game is bad because it doesn't meet your expectations. Write the game yourself then the game will meet your expectations

  8. Haha yeah a daily destiny or destiny isn't quite viable for content due to the lack of content. Well, taken away content.

Still staying away from Cyberpunk for now. Maybe in another several months or so. We shall see.

(shifted the blame = throwing their QA team under the bus)

  9. Well you did start towards the end of a Destiny news cycle. When new content launches you'll have a lot more D2 stuff to talk about and ESPECIALLY during the summer there's usually a lot of news with a new season and expansion announcement to talk about.

  10. Yea I'm not gonna play this until the full PS5 version is released and it proves to be fully stable. This game should have waited until this fall, or hell even next. But there were ppl apparently sending death threats to devs when they delayed it just a few weeks so I could IMAGINE how those ppl would have reacted with a full year or more delay lol.

  11. I bet the PC players are kinda upset they're having to wait for the last gen console version to be fixed to get quality of life updates. And the potentially ambitious online mode is gonna have to wait awhile also.

  12. So if somebody that doesn't really follow gaming news buys this right now they're just gonna get stuck in the bugged mission with no idea why. Not a good look and they're gonna have to patch this much sooner than February. This would be more of a reason to pull the game from stores than stability issues, a game you litterly can't get past a story mission in means it's actually physically unplayable now lol.
