Edit: to those who have compleated all the assaults check your gigs to make sure two wrongs makes a right popped. I did it, but the gig is still in my gig not completed, going to see if I can find the van and blow it up.
Edit: yes you can and it worked best of luck.
if you're having trouble getting the last Assault to spawn, what I did was left area and did 4-5 other Assaults in different parts of the map and when I checked later my Last Assault popped up in Pacifica!
If you dont get it the just skip 24h and look at the map
Everyone having trouble with this go to Vs apartment sleep then after waking up wait 16 hours the last assault will pop up on the map now.
I accidentally shot & killed rhino x(
Go to sleep at V’s apartment if the last one isn’t showing up, worked for me!
i did everything and achievement didnt pop up, do you have to loot the crates fully?
Done everything in pacifica, watson, and Westbrook, and by everything I do mean EVERYTHING and I dint get the achievement for either of them and I doubt ill get it for the other districts
I am stuck at 92% but I've done everything

do somethings only show up after a certain mission i have all things cleared on the map but trophy not pop i have it for all other regions just pacifica wont work
After completing all the missions I went to V's apartment to sleep and the last assault, #8, popped up in the map.
Got lvl 50 street cred and had only one main mission (finished previous branches with Panam, Judy, and Takemura, inluding the Transmission mission).
There's an NCPD scanner on the upper right part of the the stadium, it's bugged. To fix it, simply sleep on V's apartment and it will show up.
guys if the last assault wont show up , go to Vs appartment , sleep , check ur map . Thank me later
Gig: Two wrongs makes us right is glitched for me..no van to get into
I did everything and I didn't get the trophy
The assault number 4 doesnt apear.. There is no assault or anything in that place.. Any possible solution? I have troubles with that trophy 🙁
PLEASE NOTE – Some Gigs, NCPD Scanner Hustles are bugged for some people. Reloading an older save can resolve this issue. If that doesn't work wait until the next patch comes out.
If i fail a gig i loose the trophy??!!
I got it after I did an Assault in Progress in Santo Domingo near the limit with Pacifica, northeast of the stadium, and after this the last 2 that were missing in Pacifica appeared on the map
I dit everything in pacifica every mission only need pacifica then i get my platinum trophy is there a bug or some thing or a hidden mission plz some one tel me tx
Headshot every enemie after you killed them all and than It will say job completed.

I did all in Pacifica but no trophy pop up I don't know why and I got ps5 Version so the game
if the last place is empty go to the apartment sleep and come back the enemies appear 16/07/2022
if the trophy is not popping for you go to the legend filter ncpd scanner and do the assault in progress that is on the border of santo domingo and pacifica
I've done all of them but the last mission appears to give me the trophy
