I believe this is BABY version of real path tracing. If not wrong, bounces are limited to 2 when on previous versions was at 1 bounce only. REAL PATH Tracing is way more expensive. It takes hours to render one frame.
Which is the difference between DLSS performance and quality?

the moment when you spend 2k on a gpu just for it to run cyberpunk at 10fps
and i get 40 fps with dlss 2 quiality (no frame generation) 1440p on a 3080, something seems wrong with that test…
Looks like VRAM bottleneck
This feature is ridiculous and a lazy way of future proofing. I can bet when GTA 6 comes out in 2025 or so, it’ll still look better and the performance will be twice better than this
