Perfect, almost to the second. My turn… …hmm, satellites are down for now – just got the signal. Signature cloaking activated. Remember – got one shot and one shot only.
Hmm, tell me something I don't know.
Soon as it starts, there'll be no backing down, no chance of extraction, no chance of survival if anyone notices…
Excellent.
…but if this works, you'll gain more than you ever imagined.
The Sun ending is legit one of the two happy endings. Either your potential last acts on this earth is pulling the greatest heist ever conceived IN SPACE (and since it's dealing with Mr. Blue Eyes it could mean your continued survival) , or you and a rag-tag band of nomads escape from Night City in some desperate bid for freedom (and maybe a shot at survival…)
The muffled bits of Never Fade Away give it a Libera Me from Hell kind of touch Because even in the cold void of space, Johnny's rebellious spirit is with you to the bitter end
This game. I can't really describe what I feel after finishing all endings. It's weird because I can't really say if the endings are sad or happy. Every ending gives me a feeling of… emptiness. Like every meaning in life is lost.
In the Aldecaldo ending, you will die as of the game's lore. You leave the city with Panam (and Judy), but you know you only have 6 months. In the Sun ending, you try to end your life with a big boom, but even then again, it's simply meaningless. Your name will be remembered, yes, but then what?
This game has shown me that there is absolutely nothing in life that makes sense. And I am not sure if that is rather good or bad for me, because on the one hand, it's simply sad to know that anything you do leads to nothing that has any bigger meaning in the universe. On the other hand however, it's like simply not giving a fuck. It's like, if you know what'll happen and you have an idea of how long you still have to spend your time, you'll get the perspective of someone who simply does what makes most fun. What feels good and right. Because that's what makes us human – to have emotions and morals.
The saddest thing however, which is independent from the ending, is the society Cyberpunk plays in. I hate our real life society, meaning there is no chance that I'd like the society in NC. Your whole life depends on luck, and the only way to "be someone" without luck is by selling yourself away, ultimately removing the very part of you that called yourself to be someone – your soul.
For me, the Aldecaldo ending will remain the best of all. When there is something in life we should focus on and put a meaning on it, it's emotions. Having as much possible emotions as possible is the main goal in every life. Anything you do is out of motivation to feel better in some way. If we leave the city, knowing it destroys us with every move we make towards it, together with our first and last romance of our life, spending your last 6 months with exactly that person, this is what feels right. This ending perfectly describes it and with that, the quote gets a stronger meaning:
Honestly, its rare to see a sad ending. And something about it…its really close. And the ending still plays in my head
''just promise me one thing, asshole
you won't forgive me'' 😢😢😢
This one brings the feels and the chills for me every time, specialy the last part
Saburo, Hanako, Yorinobu, Michiko Arasaka dislikes this.
Beautiful song makes me feel so much
This soundtrack really starts to make you think about all the decisions you made in the game and if they were the right ones
I love Dennis Lyxzén's vocals at the end. Jesus Christ!
On behalf of the staff of the Independent California Motel, I wish you all sweet dreams
2:38 Ad Astra vibes need moar
Great stories = sad stories
Right, in position.

"Sky is the limit" ending

All the other endings are just… Sad.
Goodbye V i never forgot you
what are the words at the end ?? 3:14
This is was the best one .. yes not the happiest one but the most badass one with V face full with anger knowing it will be the last one!!
Song at the end doesn't come near Interstellar/Gravity song BUT it gave me the vibes and from all songs it was the closest
V flying towards Crystal Palace while this plays, such an amazing scene.
when this songs play you know the game bout to slap you with emotions
This and Don't fear the reaper for me is the best ultimate ending
This should be what places when V goes to be with Alt
The only sad thing is we don't know how the casino job ends up. Wish I could continue as the after life legend
The Aldecaldos einding might be the “happiest”, but i think this ending was my favorite.
this theme to me screams : "yes, you became a night city legend, but at what cost?"
Beautiful ✨
We're taking it to the big leagues, Jackie-boy!
The muffled bits of Never Fade Away give it a Libera Me from Hell kind of touch
Because even in the cold void of space, Johnny's rebellious spirit is with you to the bitter end
this ending should be canon
3:03 hits a lot like Icarus from Deus Ex.
Canon
This is currently competing against the aldecaldo’s ending theme for the best ending song for me
2:36 is just beautiful
