I got exactly the same settings on the same setup xD
Can confirm that these are the optimal setting. Would recommend though to use dynamic resolution with 85% scaling at minimum, as the game gets more demanding later on. Especially in the crowded city areas.
I have the same CPU, GPU, Chipset and RAM and on low my game doesn't have 30fps even in 1440×900 resolution. Is it possible it's because I have Windows 7 instead of 10?

Which texture quality are you using? That setting doesn't appear while playing, only on the main menu…
I'd like to use your settings. Nvidia is recommending me 720p with everything low and it looks worse than Skyrim tbh. I have the same RAM, the same GPU and an i5 6500. Shouldn't be that bad…

How many FPS do you get on low? I have an i5 6600, is the difference between i5 6600K and i5 6600 big?
How I am getting 10 fps to 20 max on low settings with the same gpu and the game doesn't use more than 3 gb of ram when i have 16gb and cpu is only 30% usage ????
