The vignette is whats causing the frame rate issue, if you remove it with a mod frame gen will work much better
Crazy what the G7400 can do.
There should hardly be a problem. This thing should be faster than older 4 core i5s shortly before the game released. And Cyberpunk is not as CPU-hungry as one might think.
