How are you recording the gameplay and will that also slightly affect the performance your getting here? 🙂
30 fps on medium on 5 years GPU and quite cheap CPU is a great score, seriously. I have pretty similar rig, caption to 30 fps with motion blur would be a best option to play i believe.
Literally the same build, thx for sharing the gameplay! Which setting do you recommend turning to low to reach a more consistent 50-60 FPS?
V: Whats he owe you?
Youtuber: 40FPS
😂
Ya this sucks cause of the PC hardware situation right now. ;( Cause man I would love to get either a 5700 xt or a 3060 ti but nope there all sold out. 🙁
have the exact same spec as you with 16gb 2400 something mhz ram. 1060 6 gb is a old card, im not surprised at all how it runs, matter of fact, im glad it can handle medium. NotTheAverageGamerz: did you try lower resolution, perhaps 720p?
Im running a ryzen 5 1600
16gb of 2666mhz ram
rtx 2060super oc edition
and a 7200rpm hdd
and it crashed on me 15 minutes into the game
I thought my pc would be able to handle it a 60fps my rx580 is dying and my ryzen 1600 is dying to any recommendations
I have a 5700 and a AMD Ryzen 5 1600 . The 1600 is the 12nm refresh That was $85 last year so I’m hoping I’ll be alright
i have literally the same spec. what caught my eye was that my 1060 6 GB is just running on 2% on this game.. every (!) other game the GPU ist at 90-99% and can easily run smoothly.. how can that be fixed..
Wait, I'm confused. Istg I saw someone else with i7 7th gen and GTX 1060 and they got <30fps on Medium. And here you played at around 40FPS on Medium, which is honestly not bad.
I had a similar build as well until my 1600x took a dump. I got ahold of a ryzen 7 5800x and am curious if the CPU with my 1060 will give it a little better performance.
i can't even get steady 40+ fps with a 2060 super and running my 1600 4ghz damn, wtf why this game so heavy on cpu not just poor 1600 even 3700x bottlenecking a rx 570 like how the hell, ig something is wrong with the game, its may be a bug or something else, my gpu usages not even hitting 40% lmao is this a joke. combat i get 50-60 fps but driving certain areas and also running dipping my fps 36 like insane wow, im playing ac valhalla and i can get easily 80-90 avg fps and never dipping below 70 fps so far in my 20 hour playthrough and im playing 768p not even 1080p lol
I've legit put the game down because I can't get 60fps in night city open world even on lowest settings.
R5 1600
1080ti
3440 x 1440
It's definitely CPU bound for us on the 1600. From ultra to low I gain 15fps from 30 to 45. I'm here just to see how others are doing.
Ordered a 5900X on release day… Just waiting for that to come… STILL
How many fps do you get on low settings, 1080p?
Same config as you but I'm getting massive stutters when looking around, or moving my mouse in the menus. Using the latest drivers.
No idea how to fix it.
I have an old ass i5-3470 and still almost got a same fps like your Ryzen 5 (1-2 fps different) so that's means this game is mostly gpu intensive, better cpu won't make much different I afraid!!
The game is really heavy on the CPU, isn't it? Got a 1600x with a 1070 Ti. The GPU can easily handle the game on Ultra, which is shown by me having almost the exact same framerate on Medium to Ultra (40-60).
Thinking about getting a 3600, do you guys think it will give me a steady 60+?
how? my rig is 1600X 1070 crash everytime while creating character? you're so lucky bro
i also have gtx 1060 with ryzen 5 1600 . cyberpunk installed on ssd and 8gb ram and it is crashing all the time. really dont know what causes it. also have the latest nvidia drivers. wont help 🙁
GTX 1060, game crashes after playing 5 minutes every time. Latest drivers, all updates, other games perfectly running.
No OC on the 1600? that would improve things a lot
40FPS for graphics which look worse, than Korean MMORPG from 2012 ? Yea, nice…..
Yeah it seems that 1060 high settings as a recomended gpu was for 30 fps …
I have a i5 7500 with the 1060 and this is the first game that literally refuses the i5 7500, this game is CPU hungry like hell
I run my game on 1600 and RTX 2080. Runs at 80 fps at medium settings at 3440*1440p ultrawide. It is a great processor.
I manage to OC my GTX 1060 core clock to 2088 and the Ryzen to a stable 3.8Gh getting constant 30fps on ultra settings…..
Your ODS takes up way too much space of the screen. Do you really need to know what all cores/threads are doing?
he is running on low frequency btw so expect better fps with higher frequency ram
It really is just the Ryzen 5 1600. That's your bottle neck. I know for a fact that's my problem. I run with a GTX 1070 special edition (the 8gb). I know for a fact my GPU can handle this game at high to very high settings. The problem is the processor. Basically with my set up, I can run the game on high to very high at a pretty consistent 45-50 frames depending on MOSTLY NPC count it seems. However when NPC counts are low my FPS can be anywhere from 45-60 fps. It just depends on what's on my screen. Eventually I will upgrade to an intel I7 or possibly a I9 if its compatible with my kinda old motherboard (MSI Tomohawk B-350 MoBo Am4 socket) It was only like a 150-200 dollar Mobo when I got it, nd I got it when I got my CPU which at the time was 200 dollars roughly. I think its time for some upgrades.
