I thought this game have ray traced global illumination? Why the shadows and ambient occlusion look kinda flat and over bright.
The biggest problem with Cyberpunk's graphics is the character models. They're actually just bad. Animations are also bad. It's all stuck firmly in the uncanny valley. They should have gone for more stylized face and body designs.
