Cyberpunk 2077 Most Versatile Character Build Ever: Part 2 Perks and Questing

Welcome to Part 2 of the 3 part series of building the best character in Cyberpunk 2077! Why is this the best character? Because this character is going to be your save point after the heist and you will never have to play the Act 1 again.

In this episode, we look at the specific perks we are going to take and why we are going to take them. We also break down some of the things you will want to be doing to quickly get bonus perks to use later.

***EDIT 10/20/21*** This build is still 100% viable. In this 3 part series I might talk about legendary gear, or certain counts for Eddies and such. Of course the game has been patched since this series came out, but none of the patches have changed how you use this build, or its effectiveness. The patches may have moved or removed items, reduced or increased earnings or scrap, but none of that changes what this build is about.

***EDIT 2/15/22*** Hey there Draconians and Nova Chooms! If you had questions about what might have changed with the new Cyberpunk update patch 1.5, worry no more. I am doing a complete run of the MOAB again (didn’t I create the MOAB so I wouldn’t have to start again?). Over the next week or so, I will be devoting my free time to running through Act 1 of the game just like I instructed you to do in the MOAB series. I actually doubt much of anything has changed since the build is designed to be pretty dev tampering proof, but I do know that they have made some balance tweaks like this one:

“Various changes related to the economy, including increased rewards from jobs and Open World activities and decreased prices for vehicles and cyberware.”

I am curious to see if the tweaks and changes actually set us up better by the end of Act 1.

Part 4 of the MOAB is coming soon. It might be a very short update video, or it might be filled with all kinds of updates. We shall see! Stay jacked in, deets coming. ***

The Mother of All Builds is the closest you are going to get to a New Game + right now in Cyberpunk 2077.

We are going to spend very few attribute and perk points and do a hard save on this character after the events following The Heist. Then, whenever we want to try a different play style or build, we go to that save, with pockets full of eddies, good gear and lots of points to build out our toon. No gimmicks or shenanigans here. We play the prologue one more time, then we are done.

Cyberpunk 2077 is an open-world, action-adventure story set in Night City, a megalopolis obsessed with power, glamour and body modification. You play as V, a mercenary outlaw going after a one-of-a-kind implant that is the key to immortality. You can customize your character’s cyberware, skillset and playstyle, and explore a vast city where the choices you make shape the story and the world around you.

  2. You can take down the mini-boss too in the first mission too. There is a small hole in the wall in the right side, you can distract him to go to entrance, then take down him. I did with my stealthy focused build.

  3. I never knew about the shutters thing, but I'm not sure how to get T-Bug to open them. I tried looking up online and tried a few things people were suggesting, but nothing worked to get her to open them for me.

  4. WARNING!!!!!! DO NOT DELETE OLD SAVES.

So after this guide I deleted all of my old saves(console) so I wouldn't get confused with the MOAB playthroughs (I was going to make one for each life path). Started a new game and I have NO dialogue options. In the corpo life path I'm in the bathroom Jackie is heard talking but there's no video in the left hand corner. I get zero options to choose from but pressing square the conversation continues with the first option. Call ends I go to the bathroom door there's no prompt to open but again I press square the door opens. Restarted the game same thing. Uninstalled and re-installed same thing. It's a game BREAKING glitch and because I deleted my old saves my only guess is the glitch comes from the new update. Extremely sad that a year later there are glitches like this. Looking online it affects console and PC with no known fix aside from reporting to project red. Until they fix it I repeat don't delete old saves

  5. During "The Rescue" when I quick hack open/close [remote deactivation] the apartment front door, I'm getting 103xp toward quick hacking each time, no apparent limit. Noticed this after having cleared out all the baddies, including the big guy at the end, but before finding Sandra's body. Quick refresh, easy xp.

  6. Wait… so this is my 2nd PT and at level 2 I only have 1 attribute placed into INT & 2 perk points to spend. Its right after following directions on the rescue mission and Jackie dropped off V at her place. So I can't put anymore PPs into the other ones you mentioned yet.

  7. So I am level 7 with 8 street cred and the only gig from Regina is Psycho Killer which is "Very High" difficulty. I'm running around trying to find any NCPD alerts but I have been at this for hours and I have nothing to do other than that. What am I missing? What else am I supposed to be doing while completely ignoring the main quest if Regina isn't giving me anything? Any tips would be appreciated.

Edit: So I guess it was hitting 10 street cred but moments after writing this she sent me the first moderate gig. Sure felt like it took awhile.

  8. Hi
I really like the idea of your Moab and I'm trying iz right now. How do you get Reginas missions? Have you meet Jacky or do you really do no Main or Side Quast after the boring ride with Mr. T?

  9. I got the motorcycle from the locker before I'm supposed to meet Jackie at all foods but for some reason it doesn't seem to be treating it as a owned vehicle and I can't spawn it. Should I go back to a old save and not get it until later in the mission it's ment to be found in about the stolen bike.

  10. When you first start the mission to save Sandra you can get 100 xp for quick hacking the door to the apartment to open and close it repeatedly. I found that much quicker than the 10xp for the distraction hacks.

  11. I messed up and talked to Jackie after the car ride with dex. I just realize this and I’ve been playing for about six hours after. Did I mess up? Or do you think they should still keep on going. Thank you for this amazing video by the way.

  12. Sadly, a lot of the details in this rundown are no longer operative. No Legendary monowire, you can't break down most consumables for crafting materials, you can generally get E$ from only a single data access point in a gig/fight location, etc. Most of the broader strategies still make sense. Personally I'd pick the Scrapper perk over Packmule…breaking down every piece of junk you pick up gives you Crafting Exp points, while less frequent visits to Drop Points isn't really of much benefit. But that's just my opinion.

  13. I just got the Stevenson mk 2. But I don’t know what you said when you were talking about Monster hunt and last login you said to wait to do the quest until I have what??

  14. You forgot to mention you requires 12 street cred for the operating system might as well pay evict first before buying the operating system if thats the case, also the bike isn't showing up in my list I don't know what I'm doing wrong on that front like I found it but it's still not showing up
