  1. If you take away the neon lights and reflections, the game really doesn't look great. The textures are completely flat, the lighting contrast is all out of wack and it almost looks like ambient occlusion is broken, the lod's at medium distance are muddy as hell, it's a good looking game for sure, for 2016.

    Games really haven't progressed much graphically in a long time. Raytracing has made refraction and reflections nice, but we're still held back by texture size and polygon count, character detail and animation, view distance/lod popping, or realistic looking ground cover among other things
