Cyberpunk 2077 – Lawsuits Hackers & Scandals (oh my)

Read more about Cyberpunk 2077➜ https://cyberpunk2077.mgn.tv

Cyberpunk 2077 is coming up on its half year Anniversary since launch… and a LOT has happened. Unfortunately, almost all of it is bad, and almost all of it has caused the game to languish as the develoeprs (CD Projekt Red) are hit from every side by issues, hacks, leaks, staff exits, controversy, and lawsuits.

Overall, the game will some day be great, but today, and for its first 6 months, its a nightmare.

  1. Now they know console players base is larger than their supposed focus PC players base. The one that bring money on the table. They should have focus on one media alone. Karma for their greed.

  2. I platinum'd the game back when it was still very much unusable. It was raw and broken, but we had an absolute blast. Kept making builds for a month. Never went back for more. Shame, that.

  3. As I said before, the only negative I take out of all this is that I'll never preorder again. I learned my lesson with Resident Evil 3 and Cyberpunk. I am also glad I decided not to preorder because of games like Resident Evil 8's bonus content being utter garbage, borderlands 3 cash grab blackmail content being utter garbage-just wait for it to come out and get it all on sale.

  4. This is but the first of many that will fall due to their corporate greed, misuse of customer's, investor's and employee's trusts. If you do not learn from history than you are destine to repeat it, again and again and again. Too many have forgotten the Video Game Industry of 1983, which occurred for the exact same reasons as Projekt Red's apparent fall. The market was flooded with lying Publishers, broken and low quality games. The Industry stop listening to their investors and most importantly their customers. The only difference between now and than is the money values are higher, but $30.00 game in 1983 is equivalent to $81.77 in 2021. Yeah the video game industry has surpassed Movie and Television industries combine, but if they keep putting crap out they will fall just like Projekt Red, especially since we have Indie developers who are growing and growing, and we have modders who keep improving and expanding the value of older titles. We the consumer have the power to change fix this, but only if we demand they give us value and STOP PREORDERING GAMES!!!

  5. If you say this isn't the end of this game, hi. I was an Anthem fan, and that's freaking bioware. They promised they'd fix it. How we doing on that front now? Because this looks like that.

  6. I always hear about how horrible console experience was – anyone else have hardly any bugs and have the game play fine on base ps4 like me? Looked pretty dang good too. I've seen waaaay more bugs on pc. And ps5 oddly enough. 🤷🏼‍♀️

  7. POOO I bet the chinese are upset. But realistically the chinese never buy anything they just copy it and spread it around. Ask microsoft. They just gave away windows 10 in China. I have yet to figure out why people kowtow to the chinese with products they are just going to steal it anyway.

As for the game that is really sad. I mean I think would have never played it. Since not my cup of tea so to speak. But I have played plenty of games that delivered unplayable content. Hell Everquest released more then a few expansion that even to this day are almost unplayable. Ask anyone who tried to get there Epic mage weapon.

thank you again for your informative narrative.

  8. The 1.21 patch broke the game for me. It crashes when I start up the game on steam. It does not even load the CDPR pre launch menu. Good thing I finished the game before then. After that patch I realized I saw every thing in the game. It was shallow and ultimately disappointing. I have not even thought about it until I saw this video.

  9. You missed a crucial detail about the crash rate chart. There is no Y axis. Classical 101 how to deceive with statistics.
Alone from this chart there is no tell if the crash rate has dropped 1-2% or 10-20%.

  10. It hurts so much more because CDPR was supposed to be better than this.
It's not the bugs, or the problems with the game.
It's the lies & anti-consumer practices that we've come to expect from other Publishers, but not from CDPR.
And the pandering to China…. disgusting.
