Thanks to Nvidia for gifting me the the RTX 4090! Cyberpunk 2077 is actually playable now and I’ve been having a blast exploring Night City again! With all of the bugs and glitches at launch, it was easy to forget some of the cool features and moments that Cyberpunk has to offer. And now after the release of Edgerunners on Netflix, the playerbase has spiked once more and the interest in the show has given Cyberpunk the second chance it so desperately needed. 1. Just ordered my new gaming PC with the 4090. Excited to try it out once it comes in. Definitely looks a lot better than the 2080 super I have been using which is still a great graphics card. Don't give me wrong

  2. The guys you killed were merchants that sell blackmarket BDs. People who scroll BDs are people who are directly involved with the murders or fetishes and get a hold of the original shards or evidence. Selling BDs is not illegal but blackmarket BDs are, you basically killed people that sell bootleg movies and not the person supplying them with those movies. Personally I did not kill them because NC is already fucked up as it is and killing merchants wouldn't change a thing in my eyes.

  3. Best part about the 4090 is it doesn't matter what card you get, the lowest aib performs as good as the top dog, it's only voltage restricted, my msi trio 4090 hits 2980mhz with a small OC using OC scanner in afterburner but they all seem to come full circle at 2745mhz untouched

  4. Yeah i kill those creepy af BD editors every time… Its been a good game since 1.3ish if you have the hardware to run it. Ive never seen any game breaking stuff, most of the bugs was on the last generation consoles that had to no place getting this game in the first place.

  5. I'm currently on like my 4th run, and every time I've killed the kid first and let the father sit in pity before putting a bullet in the back of his head. It just felt right to do it that way.

  6. You wanna be like David from Edgerunners? Get his coat from the side job, buy Gorilla Arms, buy a Qiant Sandevistan and get the legendary Heatsink plans. Congratz now you have a 12 second 25% slow Sandevistan that has a nonexistant cooldown…and trivializes the entire game, Maxtac and all.

  7. Honestly, I'm playing CP2077 for the first time, being brought in by the anime. My cousin's been playing since launch, and always told me to hold off on it until a sale rolls around.

And frankly? CP2077 is a solid fucking game. Way better than people give it credit for. Some say that the soundtrack was the only thing done right, i beg to differ. Night City is fucking beautiful, the UI/UX is on point, and sound design is spot on, to name a few.

Sure, cyberpunk ain't perfect, but what ever is?

  8. I got it on launch on xbox one, played through it with the bugs and still enjoyed it, Just started again after the update and though its no where near as good as you have it running, its still one of the best games I've played

  9. Damn you killed the cyberpsycho without a second thought, that was savage lol.

Edit: And then he says, "The crime never stops in the streets of night city." As he runs over civilians with his motorbike. 😂😂

  10. It’s so weird, I played this game at release on PlayStation 4 pro and aside from a crashing issue, I had no problems. I save a lot so crashing didn’t bug me too much I just had to wait to reload the game. If I played for about 12 hours it would crash like three or four times.

  11. black magic is real 😈

i had my first playthrough this year on the 1.5 patch. i needed to turn it down to 1080p but the game is just perfect.
story, setting, looks and possibilities – i love everything about it and im glad CD Projekt RED could actually fix it.

  12. Just running a Sapphire RX 5700XT Nitro+ myself at 1440p, on Garuda Linux and having s lot of fun, also just got my Steamdeck and been impressed with the preformance on that portable hardware.

4090's are way to rich foe my budget but it's neat to see the game maxed out as such, and yeah Edgerunners pulled me back in for sure even though I have yet to finish the final episodes…

  13. Just a correction, the frame generation tech itself has been out for quite a while now. If you see those youtube videos that makes anime opening and endings to 4k at 60FPS, that's basically the same tech. Just in this case, it's on 3D and realtime but the basic principle is the same.

And to think that I'm playing this game with a gtx1070 and find it beautiful 🤣🤣 can't even imagine how it feels with a high end PC
