This sidestory felt kind of playing for nothing. You just figured out some stuff and in the end everything is left open. Kind of like the other storyline with the mysterious messages. You drive around doing missions and the end result is something not interesting at all.
I jumped the balcony to stand next to mr.blue eyes using leg cyberware to double jump, and took a few selfies with him, but he wasn't much for talking or moving for that matter, didn't react at all lol, then out of nowhere he despawned right in front of me.
I enjoyed the River Ward/Peralez quest line but it felt kind of incomplete. Feel like more should’ve happened, especially with all the corruption at the ncpd
This side quest was the best from all the game in my opinion. It evens tops the panam and Judy side quests. Yet.. This was so short lived. This could have been an entire main plot. Such an intriguing plot and such a wasted potential.
I saved the game before and tried different ending, but no matter what I did, it allways felt unfinished. It's like there is more to do with this quest, but it just ended. I just hope we'll get some answers.
Never could lie to him, I believe he would take them down

The deepest side quest I've played.
I left the poor guy in a paranoid mess in the credits scene.
