In this video we are visiting the world of Cyberpunk 2077 for the first time in a long time and spending a bit of time with some Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay to see what it’s like now. A lot of people probably still ask the question, is it worth playing Cyberpunk 2077 in 2023 and now that the Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty DLC is supposed to be launching this year I thought it was a good time to load up the game again and see how it is.

I had a lot of fun with this one besides the problems tied to Panam, she was acting really crazy but nothing major and nothing that ruins the experience but there were also some texture glitches and stuff in there too. Let me know your thoughts about Cyberpunk in the comments below and what you think to the question, is it worth playing Cyberpunk in 2023? 😀

  1. Although I enjoyed it it wasn't the game promised and it was a let down . Maybe phantom liberty could give a glimpse of the game we wanted eight years for and gotta wait for a sequel to see fully realized

  2. played this recently on PC (GoG not Steam) and didnt get the glitches you got. I have a few Nexus Mods running which does help with textures. the game is definately worth playing today, so much content you can add to gameplay, which some will be available in the next expansion

  3. Bought game at launch and played it on PS5 at launch. Game was a complete mess, huge disappointment, not the game that was promised by the developers so felt scammed. However I returned to the game when the PS5 update patch came out, and must admit the game is very much improved in all aspects and this is the version that should have launched. Definitely worth getting now and playing now.

  4. I mean I bought it last year when it was 50% on sale.
The cut scenes were tbh felt so good. Panam and Judi missions were immense. Main story is short but if you play all the side missions then you will enjoy.
It’s still not what it was promise but right now it’s a good game.
    Just wait for sale.

  5. Absolutely, played the game twice as of now and I got the game a week ago. Story immersion on point, Super in-depth character creation, and some absolutely amazing AI companions you get to play with the entire time. But In all honest the game still needs work. There are more than enough bugs to make you not wanna play sometimes, and the story is rather short as of now. Those are so far my only complaints. If you're looking for a GTA-V like Sci-Fi world adventure you should definitely check out cyberpunk in 2023.

  6. I played it last year and it still not worth playing but we still don't have the game they advertised or promised to us yet but maybe patch 1.7 will change my mind but I doubt and the problem with this game goes much deeper than just bugs.

  7. Glad someone else finally noticed the Panam holding invisible gun bug as well, wonder if you notice the one with the rifle sticking through her side as well. Early game bugs still exist. 😂

  8. I’ve played it on the base PS4 back in December of 2020. Needless to say I’ve stuck around through the worst of it and I can definitely say it’s worth it now

  9. As someone who hates the game (because of the development) and played on ps4 I'd say it is worth it. You will love the world, characters etc, i keep wanting to replay it maybe one day i will when i get myself a pc. But man i wish they make this game properly without rushing so on, it would be 20/10 sitting there with my GOAT list 😅

  10. Played through it on an original XB1 in mid 2022, played through fine. Had a dozen crashes to dashboard, but it is an old system that has seen a lot of use, so I don't lay that on cyberpunk

  11. Quick heads up . The so called game called The Day Before which I think is fake as been removed from steam !!!! They are saying it's a bug from a steam update !!! Utter building !!!

I need to retry playing cyberpunk when I get my new glasses because last time it was triggering my migraines !
    Fingers crossed !!!

  12. Yes and yes. I spent over 200 hours in this game and I call it a masterpiece. Granted, I was very late to this party, so I dodged that poor release of a bullet. Plus, I played it the way it supposed to be play, with Ray Tracing. Loved the story, missions and multitude of choices and consequences. It was so immersive. I truly cared about characters and "lived through" this game rather than played it. Haven't had any technical issues whatsoever. I highly recommend it. I'm a 40 year old gamer with 37 years of gaming and this is one of my all time favorite. I can't wait to play the expansion 👌🏻

Edit: I started playing AC Valhalla afterwards. What a mess of a game. After 2 years or so, still sports some game breaking bugs and irritating issues on a daily basis. Funny how CP2077 gets all that flak and AC doesn't…

  13. Lol Your timing couldn’t be better Bill. I brought this last Christmas and the reviews were so bad I didn’t even bother taking it out of it’s wrapper. I’ve gotten so bored with no new games to play, I decided to load it up and give it a go.
I’m 3 hours in now and I still can’t decide if I like it or not. For me it doesn’t grab me and make we want to play it but I can see things that will be fun in the future. So I’ll keep plodding along and let you know. 😂😂

  14. I keep waiting for it to git gud. I've owned it for a long time but it's a mess every time I try it. Once it's good, I'll start over since it's been long enough to forget how to play. lol
