  1. Yeah I got miffed when they used the term 'universe' to explore in Starfield… It's an actual Galaxy, not universe (unless you talk about alternate universes when entering NG+).
I've had a wide glitch in the game from the very first patch (1.7.29) that stopped enemy ships spawning NPC enemies when they land or even loading bays opening and Starborn no enemies at all. Even the (from memory Science Labs) when calling in reinforcements the ship lands but no enemies come (more to the point no enemies are on the ships) to fight). Even docking on enemy ships after a fight are completely empty. So I've had to accept this till the fix comes in from Bethesda (which they said is incoming in a future update).

So I'm patiently waiting. But what I'm concerned about to a degree is the planets after procedurally generated where the science, comms, bio, and mines are placed – that's fine but I what surprises me is these elements Aren't procedurally generated, there's one type of science lab, one type of comms site, one type of mine, one type of cave. Why weren't these procedurally generated?? That's my gripe. The Division procedurally generated their Underground DLC and as you go further 'underground' you get familiar corridors but there's a dozen of them that procedurally generate live so you never know what you are coming to next and each of these have a mix of location of enemies, type and loot and so on. Not in Starfield. Maybe that for me is a continuation of the game wide glitch I'm suffering where the planets/moons do feel empty even though there are enemy ships landing there are no enemies. So, yes these are empty.

But I also have confidence that Starfield is a new IP and there were always going to be things broken in it (again like The Division). But soon this glitch of lack of enemies and functioning/accessible enemy ships will be fixed and I will start playing the game again. I love the game, it's just taking time to drop necessary patches and fixes to the game.

Ohh and all the talk about mods … yeah great… but on Console we have yet to be able to get access to these mods so as soon as I hear 'cool updates' but focused on mods for the time being I get annoyed.

  2. 3rd person is what we are missing
Bethesdas mistake was delaying the mod tools because thats the real release of the game imo, and negative reviews probably wouldn’t exist as much with official mod support enabled, they themselves said this game is a modders paradise a canvas to build upon

  3. Can Cyberpunk have a new game+? The only game I have ever played that has new game+ is Starfield and if I use that then I am not sure how Cyberpunk can have one. I say this because Cyberpunk has a fixed cap for levels, so what can you really get from a new game+ version? I rally do not understand new game+ outside of Starfield so can anyone explain how Cyberpunk might do that? Also I am hoping they put in the metro option in Cyberpunk, as ever since the mod that allowed that I have been hoping CDPR would work with that modder to make it happen officially.

  4. Sheesh and here I am about 90% done with a new playthrough. A two points of no return with PL and the regular game, just finishing up any left over side quest for the fixers and what not. I am curious what features NG plus would bring to the game with all the different endings available. It'll be interesting to see how Bethesda deals with the current atmosphere regarding customer relation and what not. So far it's not looking good on Bethesda's part. I agree Bethesda should bring these well known modders on a contract basis to work on their big games.

  5. People love cyberpunk even tho we thought it would never get another update it doesn’t really need one but we get one anyway with gameplay features
Then we have starfield which is dying for an update and all we got was eating food.

  6. New Game Plus:
V: "Hey Jackie, check out my bike."
Jackie: "WTF choom??? You stole my bike? LOOK AT ALL THE SCRATCHES!!! Motherfu… I'LL KILL Y…"
V: "LOLZ! Got ur guns too, ha ha."
    Jackie: "…damn you NG+."

  7. The thing that kinda pisses me off with Starfield is the complete lack of the "crafting game", such as the inability to craft ammunition and throwables (this is a basic function in any game that has crafting), weapons, armor, clothes, ships / modules.. something else that is annoying is the lack of traders, visitors or settlers in your outpost / settlement. It would be easy to implement an automated selling system, where anything from your outpost is sold, you have to visit GalBank to transfer the funds into your "account".

  8. Overall was happy with the game. Got up to 592.8 hours before I tapped out on Starfield. Well worth the investment for how I played.

I have about 60 hours into Cyberpunk (just bought it on the sale with the DLC). It's fun, but between the two games they are both "fluff pieces" The world feels artificial and dead in both games. No brain NPC's, questionable traffic and crowd behavior, random bugs of many varying sorts that make the games look like they came out of the same company. Not a big deal on loading screen Vs. not so many loading screens. Both games are serviceable, but neither is so above bar that it's amazing, not even close.

They offer what I would expect. Fun time wasters until you get bored/something else comes out.

  9. The response starfield dev's give to complains about the game are so dishonest. Example, planets are boring. Answer 'some of the planets are empty by design. Some of the planets? It's 900 planets, what are you trying to say 'some of the planets'. Another example to many loading screens. Answer' A loading screen pushes a lot of data in the background and it only takes 2 seconds. What the hell kinda answer is that. Its not 1 loading screen its like 5 loading screens in 2 minutes. Its so insulting to ones intelligence. What a bunch of clowns.

  10. This new gameplay feature must be a FLASHLIGHT! I'll be really disappointed if its not. It's a shame I have to mod in the most basic feature. At least Starfield has one of those.

  11. That's right Bethesda pick fights with the consumer base you've already irritated with your shoddy product. I mean, it's worked so well in the past for other entertainment based companies right?

  12. Bethesda should upgrade the random encounters of caves and outposts to remember what ones you've been to and load a different one until you've seen them all once before they repeat. Also add more.

  13. When Bethesda released another big update and killed their own game even further that was the final nail in the coffin for Starfield as they lost 95% of their player base after the last update last week when I found this out I wasn't surprised because the backlash Bethesda got from me who complained about the update broke the game even further was the final nail in the coffin for me as I stopped playing the game because it is still very much broken. The 95% that have left the game have returned to Skyrim and we know this because the figures for Sjyrum have increased by 95% and it doesn't take a genius to work out where those Starfield players disappeared to. Bethesda is also deleting negative reviews on their Discord page as well. My backlash review of the last update was deleted by Bethesda because I didn't hold back.

  14. 2077 is by far a better experience, game, and story than starfield will ever be. They made a true comeback. Rich story, tough choices awesome gameplay.
Star field has glorified ship that flys pretty much no where that dosent involve a load screen.

for it became the the most annoying thing especially after playing so many better space oriented games
No mans, Elite dangerous, Heck even outer wilds all these games do AT LEAST one thing extremely well,
starfield on the other hand cut corners on some of the most iconic things that make a Bethesda game like Skyrim or fallout great. A sense of discovery and freakin EXPLORATION. I might as well just been in a space suit drifing between systems lone wonderer style, cause I ain’t getting no where in space either way till open up the starfields ugly as menu 😂

  15. After PL was added, it seems like there's already a decent start point for NG+ when you choose a new game and go straight for PL. V starts at level 15 with a bunch of gear and cyberware.
