CDPR promises a lot and delivers little. They are masters of lie marketing. So better wait and see what comes next. And if anything comes at all.
Its not DLC, its an expansion. CDPR has repeatedly made that clear since before Witcher 3 was even released. DLC is small content, Expansion is large content. Its all DLC regardless, but the difference in name indicates the amount of new content releasing and it makes a lot of sense to use that terminology in that way.
