EDIT: btw people, avoid getting the Scrapper perk I mentioned. It automatically disassembles high value junk such as jewellery.

Nope, it will not let me disassemble them, tried unequipping them etc. no joy.

In the process of doing this I found another glitch it won't let me sell but it's giving me crafting XP
Glad I was able to exploit this for a bit, if its been patched. Now my corpo build feels a lil richer than my poor nomad in the next play thru
Got a better one for ya, disassemble cans. Head to Pershing Street in the Northside Watson right next to the ripdoc. There's a food court there with about a dozen soda vending machines, you can make 14k from uncommon components in one round alone. Have fun! Restock the machines by saving and loading.
I always click the left button so I'm next to the slot and can simultaneously pickup cans as I buy them. Sometimes the machine won't produce cans so just switch to a different flavor on the same machine and it'll fix itself.

For people having issues with it not disassembling it’s not patched. It’s glitched. When you can’t disassemble it means the grenade is locked into the grenade slot unequiping it does nothing you have to equip a different grenade in that slot instead and it should work.
