There is a pretty simple method to getting the best stats on items you find in Cyberpunk 2077. You can use this on any armor or weapon that you find in a container, and it also works for shop inventory. This is an especially useful technique for getting the most out of the unique and legendary items that spawn throughout the game.

Have a great day, and as always, thanks for watching!

  1. I think CPR just killed this. It used to work, now it automatically downgrades to purple. Save before opening and an extra separate save after opening because you'll probably never see legendary in there chest again.

  2. If you do the Sweet Dreams side quest, it updates the items in your inventory to your character level. So, if you picked up a legendary early on and it has low stats, it updates with better ones.

  3. So I have crafted Legendary clothes and 3 mod slots for head, face, pants and boots, 4 slots for outer and inner torso. The problem is though that the outer torso one I crafted is a shitty racing jump suit that looks ugly but the stats on it while level 42 is 167 defense 4 mod slots and that's without adding any defense mods yet. Does anyone else know where I can get a better looking outer torso clothing?

  4. I know you said that most mod slots on a jacket is 4. Does that the same for the wraith jackets and half jacket strap types as well? Cause the most I seem to get on those is 3. Great info and video👍

  5. Is it just me or they fixed the save scum thing in 1.1? Testing it now with Fixer & Techie Legendary Sets & it just dont work anymore, every load i see same stats & modslots. Also tested it with NSPD scanner missions & loot from main container does not change too. Also tried fast travel & time skipping, but again no effect

  6. It would make sense if you were able to pay the clothier/tailor for extra mod slots… just like irl when you give them your clothes to fix it, change size, etc.

  7. The armour mechanic is quite badly done in this game. I would rather armour have no stats and just have mod slot depending on rarity, so you can customise the stats with mods and still wear what you like. What's the point to randomise slot, especially for iconic armour that you only get once per game. If you get a bad roll you either need to save/load until you get what you want, or get stuck with a useless armour.

Also such a shame that most of the armour mods don't work, only crit mods and armadillo is worth putting on. Resists don't work, but it doesn't matter anyway since there is not much status damage in the game. Evasion is broken and doesn't work, so players can't build a evasion build instead of a armour tank for a difficult playstyle.

Having a wide variety of playstyle is what makes a open world rpg fun with a lot of replay value. Right now with most of the skills, weapon and mods being broken and not working as intended, there is little reason to play more than 1 playthrough. Even for the different endings, you could just reload and redo the last mission for each different ending without playing through the game. What aa waste, Cyberpunk 2077 could have been a great game played for years but because of corporate greed they released a sub par, unfinished game.
