Hey bro just got this Comrade's Hammer iconic tech hand cannon that is nasty! Location is the blue skull in Arroyo next to a fast travel booth called red dirt bar which is right next to the bar and where you buy the Thorton Mackinaw vehicle. It's right in the middle of those 2 locations I just mentioned. Have a blast! Literally lol😂
i have the overwatch and its way stronger than this, i upgraded the overwatch to legendary and upgraded it once or twice after than and it does 500k headshot and also it has a custom silencer so other enemies have no clue if u kill someone

There needs to be a “steady aim” or “hold breath” mechanic. There is no stability perk with snipers and it kinda sucks. Also no futuristic compound or cross bow ? What gives lol.
Best tech sniper, shoot them thru cover.
Did they nerf smart weapons? As in the auto lock doesn’t appear to be working for me after the 1.05 update
I did 1.6 million damage with Panam's sniper so yeah.
