After 3rd race Claire will talk with you choose (sorry, Claire, but i can’t help.) Then next conversation choose (okay, i’ll still drive. But only to win.)
During THE BIG RACE don’t finish the race but follow Sampson when his car break down. During conversation tell Claire to let Sampson go.
Afterward skip time for 7 days and Sampson give his car to you.
