You can find and loot boots only after sidequest "In the name of the law" or "I fought the law"
Every piece of clothing can get 3 mod slots except outerwear. T-shitrt and jackets can get 4 slots. This is all random so just save the game before loot parts of the set. Each time you will get random number of mod slots
Sadly the female version of the blazer covers the shirt completetly hence it doesn't matter having it on or not vsually.
Plus the damn blazer rolled with 0 mod slots for me ;_;
is there a 4 slot corpo slacks?
Should you pick these up at a later level with it have more armor than say I get it at level 20?

The scene with the shoes doesn't seem to be appearing for me, it's just an empty carpark. Edit, apparently you need to finish "I fought the law" for them to spawn.

the bodies and the burning vans are there for me, but not the shoes unfortunately. already finished the i fought the law quest too, or is there something else im missing?

Make sure you guys save before you run up to the spot to loot. If they don't have at least 3 slots in each piece (if you're like level 35+), just reload the save and check again. Repeat this until u get 3 slots on everything. All my pieces have legendary and epic mods. The set is OP!

These just got NERF'D in this update with no patch notes mentioning this on 1/23. Frickin Devs! Why? This is a single player game dammit. Just looted the jacket on my new second play through, and it is only 42 armor.
