Can you sell perk shards?
The last 2 I went very early and there were no guards or npc's in the area at all… just free loot. Grab the catfood while your there to get a pet in your apartment and don't forget the prototype legendary weapon at door 4 (watch the land mine).
You do a terrible job of showing us exactly where they are but the video is so useful I decided not to dislike it. So thanks, but be more detailed in the future please.
Dang.. found some in the ! icon chests from getting evidence and didn't even notice. Make sure you learn them and not just take them if you want 2pnts instead of 1.

The explanation for where to find the last two wasn't great
There is a 4th one in the city, I donβt remember where it was exactly but itβs literally down a huge trash chute and you have to climb up and down to get there. Seems like there are lots of them around the map
Use βlearnβ instead of βtakeβ and it will give 2 perks instead of 1. Youβre welcome!
In location 4 after the second shard, there is a legendaryicon smart SMG called proto Shingen Mark V in the same area. Just head out the door and follow the loading bay till you get to bay 4. There is a container with an active land mind in it. The gun is in the back around the boxes.
There is another perk card on the 2nd floor building on left side front side entrance.

apparently there are like 28 free perk shards or somthing… diffidently worth getting them all at 50 to extend your build.
If you you press learn (triangle on PlayStation) youβll get two points instead of one.

Perk points are i dime a dozen and tou will get way more points then you really need. You will have to put them into stuff you dont use or pile them into the lvl 20 skill.

Its got orange pillars either side.

Holly shit, I have watched so many videos like these where they show the fastest. Here it is and I spend the next 10 minutes trying to find where the hell it is. For the love of God take your time on the map. Literally 1 person has done this correctly our of maybe 10.
