CDPR said it wasn't a glitch, which is dumb as fuck since one selling point was that you could customize everything, including your genitals, and now you can't even see them. Thanks for the info.

Confirmed working steam PC version.
Does NOT have to be pants, I did it with the "starting" pants, and the shorts you can get when you first go to your apartment. Maybe if the mod tools ever get released the Modding community can make it so we don't have to use this glitch. Yes, a glitch, the underwear showing outside of inventory, but nude in inventory is NOT a bug according to CDPR. (hence my original comment)
Actually had this happen to me completely by accident. Was just after waking up in V's apartment right after the first scene where Johnny tells V to put some lead in your mouth and pull the trigger before V can take the Omega Blockers. Was just trying to dress V to leave the apartment and start on the "Playing for Time" Mission. Noticed her pants were invisible and wondered if the game bugged out. 🤣 Only thing is, now that the underwear texture is gone, no matter how much clothing I put on V, it is all invisible. At least, the gear I had her wearing immediately before going to Arasoka Tower to begin the Heist. Equipping different clothing however, seems to reset the underwear texture. CDPR needs to just update a patch that removes the underwear textures entirely unless you disable nudity in the settings menu. Makes no sense way it is now.

my screen doesn't have that spaz effect it's just very very very laggy and it freezes for like 3 minutes so i can't move my cursor
