This guide/walkthrough showing dialogue options missions and endings required to get Johnny Silverhand relationship to 100%, becoming a legend of night city and the symptoms meter. This video will also cover unlocking the secret ending and what dialogue options or choices actually impact the meters. (They obviously will likely still impact the story and dialogue later but the meters still progress). I specifically chose the more aggressive options to showcase that the meters still progress.
Throughout this video I also show what endings are unlocked in this process:

The only missing one is the Aldecaldo ending because it was not related to the meters.
Although a lot of the tapeworm decisions don’t impact the meters, they likely impact the dialogue in the various endings.

So that ending over the Secret ending and Nomad ending?
The Relic symptoms should have progressed more consistently. Should be at 80% by the time you reach Hanako at Embers; 85% after Hanako mentions you bleeding & Relic malfunction collapse while leaving in the Embers elevator; 90% after options convo with Johnny Silverhand & getting patched up by Viktor Vector; 95% after entering Arasaka Tower; and 100% after uploading Alt to the Arasaka mainframe, defeating Adam Smasher & trying to reach the Mikoshi vault to connect to Mikoshi. CDPR really needs to fix this & the Relic malfunction coughing up blood animations.
Gang hostility/panic, additional fixers, side jobs, additional vendors & additional vendor inventory/quality tiers should have been tied to Reputation rather than just Street Cred & perk level. Chang Hoon Nam was available as a vendor after Gig: Wakako's Favorite. Why isn’t 8UG8EAR available as a vendor after Gig: Getting Warmer, Nix after Spellbound or Lucy Thackery after Gig: Hippocratic Oath?

I really want a dlc where both of them merge as one become a completely different person. I think that would be sick, and perhaps it can be an excuse to expand the relic perk tree. Become the better v and jhonny

Very disappointed you can become a Night City legend without doing any sidequesting, you aren't even working as a merc for a lot of the main quest

Wait…so you only get to have 100% legend DURING the secret ending???!!! I did don’t fear the reaper and once I was back in game it was back at 90%?
Oh wow. The Temperace ending with 90% was also the first one I got.
It gives me the chills, and it's also my absolute favorite, for the same reason. "My" Johnny was all like "Fuck it, I'm staying true to you, I'm going with Alt" then V started beating me up and… that made me feel so bad that "my" Johnny went back to the body.

I’m at 90% edge runner and around 50% with Johnny and the damn chip is still killing me also if you want bonus points with Johnny take him to the oil fields then take rogue on a date
I am at 60 percent for j and 90 percent for v but I have not gotten the option for this, did i do something wrong or is there something i missed

There is mistake in this video. Sun ending go for Aldekaldo ending (Look timecode), and star ending is for Rogue ending

Seen all the diferent outcomes make you really change your perspective about Jhonny (my run was not so friendly to him), now i don't think he would just give up…. maybe alt have the data of V and Jhonny some how will fight for getting all what he need to give v's body back to him after all biotechnica militec tsunami and other corporation exist
