I have almost the exact same set up but I can't get any higher than 40 FPS and I get constant frame drops to 20 FPS. The only things that are different between our setups is that I have a Ryzen 7 3750H Processor and my RAM is 2400MHZ instead of 3200MHZ.
I have 1660 Ti, I've downloaded latest nvidia drivers and I have ~20fps on lowest spec 1600×900. Usage of GPU is about 4-5% I see that your card is working normally, did you have to make some extra steps?
Hey, i use the same setup as you do at the video. But my problem is that cyberpunk doesn't use the gpu only by around 10% running at ultra high. Did you install the game ready drivers from nvidia experience? Or did you know this problem and any idea what i can do ?
I have the same specs as you but my game will never go past 60 on any settings not even in the main menu. I switched to the low preset and 720p and I get the same 30 to 40 as I do on ultra 1080p. Really frustrating. And here is obvious there's some performance gains for other people using similar specs, but not for me.

My friend bought me this game and told me to stream it, and i currently have 1660ti and too broke to upgrade. Good to know i can at least play it, hope the stream doesn't come out too bad XD

Um I think I’m unlucky because I have a 1660 TI too and I average out like 20 frames on low settings
so high-med @60fps is the sweetspot

Thx alot! Now i know my laptop will run this with decent enough fps. Might burn my house down but what the hell, i can play Cyberpunk 2077!

I pretty much have the same setup minus the TI. Medium settings nets me close to 60fps.
Why does the game still tear while turning at 60+FPS?

they're very liberal about open carry in that city
my 1660 ti and ryzen 5 3600 gives me 40-50fps in ultra setttings both day and night. Driving in a car brings it down to 35-40fps. RAM is at 3200mhz
