  1. Can anyone help? I got same gpu and same cpu also 8×2 3000mhz ram. My cpu is stock version not oc. I am getting 40-45 fps on ultra setting and my Gpu usage is fine. But if i set game on low settings my Gpu usage down to 50-60% and i am getting 45-50 fps instead 60-70.This happening while i staying in city.Outside of city usage is fine. Why this happens? Something wrong on my pc or just cause of game or my cpu bottlenecking? If someone can help me i will be grateful.

  3. these settings are great outside of hugely dense areas like around Lizzie's Bar for example. I drop down to around 20fps in that area no matter what settings I use – game needs more optimization passes for us lowly GTX users. otherwise yeah, anywhere from 30-60fps for the most part. might also be my 1500X isn't up to par.
