Bro I guess your ram is carrying big. I’ve seen videos of people with same cpu not being able to go past 30 frames. Probably because they’re running single channel ram and you have quad channel. Nice.
to be honest, with how beautiful the game is (setting bugs and glitches aside), being able to play this game at at least medium settings at 40fps is already a blessing. Imagine how awful the experience is for those playing it at base consoles from previous gen. If CDPR was just a bit more cautious, this game should have just been canceled on PS4 and XB1. Just release it as a PC game, then port it to PS5 and Series X when the next-gen updates are finished

just play it on medium to high people, since it's a CPU bottleneck the graphics will not change the performance
