Cyberpunk recomended sys. req. GTX 1060 ….. 1070 is bearly near 45 FPS on High settings…
1070 is still a beast though, able to play all the AAA games at ultra without lag is more than enough for me even if its not solid 60+ fps.

The most different place is the lighting and shadow on character model and face i guess.

Im playing it on a I7 6700K and a GTX 1070 Strix from Asus. Game is barely playable. After the last hotfix its a little bit better but not perfect. Im having a 1440p Screen. On 1080p its very good playable but with 1440p only when I configure Nividias fidelty FX. Im getting about 50 to 60 FPS with some noticeable laggs with this method and having a custom graphical preset about medium. The games minimum spec is a gtx 770. The game need much more optimization.

hard to telling the video but high does look a bit better then medium and low on the card. I have been going with high when not streaming and medium when I do stream and it seems pretty stable with msi after burner . I am using the founders edition slightly overclocked.
As we can see the bottle neck with a 6 core cpu is the 1070. Since the game uses 6 cores, I would love to see this test with a i5-4690k and see what setting give you the best fps.
1440p is even worse lol
its 2020 1080p is only for the poor ghetto kids. 90% of gamers are 30+ and have 1440p+
So how come I get 40 fps and choppy as fuck gameplay with a i7 6700k and 1070 ti with SSD on all Low

How does it perform in the city? Japantown for instance? That place seems to be really taxing on cpus and gpus.
I can tell the difference between low and medium, but medium, high, and ultra look EXTREMELY similar. I literally can't see a difference between high and ultra.
Ryzen5 1600, 16gb DDR4, SSD, 1070 with the above settings, and I cant break past 45fps… can barely get to 60 with everything set to low

Some overclocking and enabling dynamic resolution thing to prevent frame drops with a target of 60fps got me just that, constant 60fps on high settings with very occasional extremely slight blurring. (msi 1070 quick silver)
How?
On low on a 2060 I get 30 frames
On custom most high and mediums I get 60 ish
So game is made just for RTX gpu. They just nuted into faces of owners of gtx gpu.
Next gen game releases
People with old systems: "This game is unoptimised because I can't run it at 100+ fps ultra settings."
What is causing the bugs and crashes then…it is as if the game has the same thing to show on low end machines and high end machines…it is same so ps4 has to run it….why do we need a ps5…
its fun how they put 1060 as a recommended GPU for 1080p High preset in the system requirements.. optimizatoin is good only for 30 series cards so far tbh

Plug in a Controller put it on ultra cap it at 30FPS and Play on the TV or if you have a KMB setup on your TV turn on Nvidia Ultra Latency and enjoy the game until they patch optimization

Cant see a diffrent on Youtube vid with compressed quality . It actually a big diffrent in the game between this settings
How does it look this smooth for you mine runs like shit even at Low preset settings. Updated my GPU (GTX 1070) drivers. Still runs like shit on low settings.
I don't think my specs are too bad either.. runs Skyrim on Ultra + a bunch of mods just fine (maybe occasional skipping some frames):
