There's a bug where you can't enter the bar; the bouncers will just stand there and there's no button prompt.
This appears to happen because you go to the bar BEFORE getting the quest. The only solution I found is to go to a point before you went there; for me this means going back to lvl 1.
Guys, if you have the bug, exit out of the game. Then, wait until 5-ish, and wait for time to naturally pass past 6pm.
If you can't enter, approach the door when its closed. Then walk away and forward time to when it's open. Should work.
If you guys can’t get in, I went up to the door when the bar was closed and then walked away. Then I forwarded time to when the bar would be open. Once I did that I went to the door and it could open Hope that helps
ok guys if you cant the do the mission and theres no dialouge option when you past 6pm stand in front of the bar and save the game and restart the ps4 or whatever platform you are playing the game on it worked for me the first time
