After I close the stash, the blue info box won't disappear. Is there a key to close it. It's in the way of all the messages.

I had some great Level 38 weapons sitting in my stash… after one mission – went back to find them all missing. I swear this game is so bugged it's not worth playing yet. I've given up on this game till 2022 when they finally make it decent.
Can you stash between characters? Or it's all in the one character
