OMG, So long since anyone's done a CP2077 LP! Character Creation for a First Person game is somewhat redundant! Just for screenshots, really!
RPG's always have character creation which includes the stats. If you don't like either of these mechanics then i'm sorry to tell you this "you don't like RPG's". The Random button is what it says…random. They're not pre-sets made up by the devs. I'm glad you chose corp, it has the most "other" options when talking to people. But like you said, they don't really have a bearing in the game, which is a damn shame.
