  1. Do yourself a favour and just watch the first season only for the Netflix series. It goes downhill from there.
There is also an animated movie for another Witcher, that one is really good.

I just finished my third thorough playthrough of this game and it just reaffirmed my opinion that this game is simply a masterpiece. The DLCs are even better. Imagine that.

And yessss the game looks as good as it is in the trailers, arguably better.

  2. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT!!!! watch the Netflix show. It's a travesty, an abomination, an affront to the books, the games, the god and anime. Don't waste your time, just play the game – it's a masterpiece, your life will never be the same.

  3. Remember that W3 is mainly side quests, which are often better than the main quests. In (my assessment) 80% of cases, you can return to the location of the task and see/eavesdrop on the NPC and find out what the consequences of your choices were. A small spoiler: even people who have played the game many times do not know that the continuation of Margaret's story can be heard from an NPC (one of the first side quests). I have 2000 hours in this game and I haven't discovered everything yet. Ps. don't watch the Netflix series, it's crap

  4. I have not played Cyberpunk 2077 but creators have always hit the target with Witcher games. Witcher 1 and 2 are great games as well but Witcher 3 for me is perfect. I am currently replaying it and I love it as much as first time.

  5. In this game, you will encounter – cyclops, vampires, bears, wolves, trolls, dragons, 100+ more. The naked demon girl who died was a vampire called ‘bruxae’. That’s the name for them. Geralt drank a potion called ‘black blood’ which turns your blood toxic for blood suckers

  6. to understand information about the characters, that is, "who is who", you need to read books, and watching a show from Netflix is like starting to eat exclusively through your ass. Netflix has distorted and twisted everything, the only thing the show will give is simply introducing the characters – in the show, half of them are not canonical, but simply the imagination of the screenwriters.

  7. "Wild Hunt" – these are those monstrous warriors in armor with spikes on their helmets, from which the cold blows. These are elf warriors with their conquered army from a parallel world. The name of the game, as it were, plays into the title and the description of the enemy and the event of the game, that is, the hunt for "Wild Hunt". As for witchers, they partially possess magic (they use simple spells, NOT runes, in addition, they use elixirs before battle, and most importantly, to become a witcher, a number of transformations were performed on them in childhood)

  8. Yeah, the Netflix show is… a show for sure. Like others say, you should probably stop after the first season. The Witcher is based on a series of books by the Polish author Andrzej Sapkowski. The world is built on a mixture of Slavic, Celtic, and Germanic mythologies and folklore. The vibe is also often heavily based on Poland's (or this area of Europe in general) historic tidbits. CD Projekt Red is also Polish, so they got it right with the vibe and everything because they're just familiar with it.

The Netflix show not only changed many characters and plot points, but as a Pole myself, I can tell you that it very much feels like something made by Americans who probably couldn't even point Poland on the map. (No offense).

  9. I love open world rpg's with a deep rich story. You will find none better than the Witcher 3. I also loved Witcher 1 and 2 in their time, but they are looking dated of course. Witcher 1 very much so, but that is being remade.

  10. I like your reaction but bruh please just shut up and listen sometimes, the questions that you ask are very often answered right away in the trailers but you are just talking over it all lol
Anyways enjoy the game, it's truly incredible

  11. Geralt is Ciri's (the badass woman you have seen in TW4 trailer) adoptive father and the badass woman with black hair from the second trailer from this video is her adoptive mother 🥰. This is lore from the books, no spoils, it will just make the game a little bit better for you knowing a bit of background lore 🙂

  12. Play Witcher 3 GOTY and enjoy one of the best games ever made. If you like books, they are also very good. But NEVER watch the Netflix show, it really disrespects the story, the lore and the characters.

  13. Don't worry man! Everything will be explained to you, even if you know nothing about The Witcher Universe. One advice though, if you wanna get the game, don't talk during cutscenes or dialogues, cause you can miss important lore this way. Otherwise, love your enthusiasm. You're gonna enjoy the crap out of this game! Subscribed right away)

  14. Play it. It´s amazing. On my List to play again it shares the top with a moddet Skyrim VR. I played it years ago with mods that made the grafiks better before the offical better version came out and dont think i need to ugrade my version. The alure of that game is not the grafik after all but all the storys. When you played Cyberpunk than you now that the sidequests could be mainquests in other game´s. Witcher 3 ist one of those Gems.
