If you’re like me, you were not keeping up with every Youtuber’s breakdowns, updates, and play-by-plays of the game. So, you had no idea that a lot of showcased features were removed until after the fact.
Overall, i still like the game even though EVERYTHING requires improvement.

While they did lie about some features, the majority of what you said was confirmed cut content from the game way before it launched. Being because they were running out of time. A shame tbh, as they did want a lot these features in the game, but its common to cut content in any game you’ve ever played. So while did lie about some things you mentioned here, majority of it was already common knowledge it wasn’t going to be In the game. Check your facts next time bud.

They were on top of the world cdpr… Then they went and lied to everyone. Such a shame. I'm playing it on PS5. It's alright besides the hard crashes. It's just a skyrim game in the future that looks pretty. Decent story too. But the bugs and the insane lack of customisation for your character, guns and cars is a joke.

"Every npc has a life" if you call spinning in circles and then disappearing when the protagonist turns around, then yes every npc has a life of its own.
In the mansions bit it’s kind of wrong yes you don’t per se buy the mansion but you can visit it as it’s one of three apartments including aldecaldos camp, Vs apartment, and lastly the mansion shown you get to live in after saving Hanako from

These aren't exactly lies. Just because you can't do them right now doesn't mean they lied. Maybe a DLC with add the ability? Maybe you lose your arm in the DLC story.
