Cyberpunk 2077 Equip Arasaka Polycarbonate Laced Vest Best Armor Before Get to Diner. The hero V get many new gear and great items in the Heist quest, but cannot try the armor gear out until back in V apartment. This is probably the best armor combination for armor rating to use before getting to the diner to meet with Takemura.
