well, the sting is we know they "CAN" create master pieces. I mean TW3 was amazing. When i first started playing Cyberpunk and i saw my first disappearing NPC i thought…oh no..nono.

They just don't seem to understand that people loved CD projekt Red because they seem to be more open and honest and they lost that and for some people they might never trust this company again. That's why these developers have to stop lying have to stop releasing broken games and fans have to stop given their money away before they see a review for the finished game from somebody they Trust. It's sad but politicians crazy people companies they will all lied to you and hurt you to get what they want and they don't care cuz they will just move on to the next company.

I would assume they used this section of the game to do the playtesting of different mechanics so things were added, removed, changed – does not really make it fake. I would consider it a vision that was there at a time which proved undoable on given scale.
That does not make it "fake". overhyped? For sure.
so heres the question, will cd projekt red pull a no mans sky OR an anthem, im hoping for the former but the damage has already been done and i can't see CDPR ever getting back to the holy mantle where only few game companies remain

I'm glad I didn't pre-order or buy the game. Also, Valhalla has some glitches too.
When Roblox is a better engine for making games than project red's engine they use to make a AAA 2020 Game.
They had the whip cracked by their own publishers and investors to stick to the release date, but really there's no excuse. It was an overly ambitious project which took roughly 9 years to make and whilst it has some redeeming qualities, it doesn't live up to the hype. Hopefully other developers and publishers will learn from this catastrophic mistake and not do anything like it again.
I’ve been saying this from the START! Since they freaking announced the game! When a game sounds too good to be true… IT ALWAYS IS! When they show off all these holy crap features in these game trailers you can’t believe anything in them.

I finished the game , got platinum in 79:24 hours, on PS4 pro. Got a few crashes but no other bugs. I loved and enjoyed the game .
They didn't get my money for CP2077. They did, however, get my money for Witcher 3 and the subsequent DLC. CP2077 was on my wanted list simply because it was from CD Projekt Red. Then I found out it was an FPS and instantaneously lost all interest in CP2077.
Here's a grand idea: don't pre-order games in the future. I know it is a hard thing to do but trust me it's going to make future games a lot better right out the door. When you pre-order, you're giving money before even playing it. That means they don't really need to do much. 8 million people pre-ordered CyberPunk 2077 before they even saw it. The CEOs and other execs were laughing and having a great time. They can simply not do anything at all now and still be rich. Stinking rich.
Imagine this shitty game getting released but no one pre-ordered it. They go bankrupt and the story written on why you shouldn't write crappy games.
CD needs to stop talking and start doing.
I don't understand why they couldn't take a couple more years to actually make this game work… don't understand why they would even put this out there and look what happened there player base dropped by 93%
