I wanna see what DLC they had planned for the beginning of 2021
hmm you know that if you keep buying the same games over and over again.
they will keep doing it.
instead of making new games.
and when cdpr said free dlc when the game was new.i didnt expect it to be talking garbage cans…
there is still no new game plus to play or a story without johnny silverhand.
so thats a fail in my eyes.again
they are bungie now.
they get not one cent more, until i feel they have redeemed themselfs.
3rd person persvective option would bring whole new fanbase to the game, I know a lot of people ditched Cyberpunk 2077 because it's full First Person experience and people are really love more option to play their RPG games, My opinion CDPR would tell whole story in Third Person waay better than limited first person persvective, Some people might say "it would break the immersion" but most legendary RPG games has 3rd person story telling and you still can stay immersed and enjoy the overall story (MassEffect series,The Witcher series, Dragon Age etc) So as i said having a option for 3rd person gameplay or 3rd person story telling would wider their fanbase, I know it's hard to make this for developers but i think it would be worth it.. Also as i remember it was CDPR's first intention and they wanted to make first person & third person mixed storytelling until they canceled at 2019.
LastKnownMeal you're so smart do you watch Ben 10 or play Skylanders?
I would really like to hear an explanation for why CDPR would want to hire a 3rd-person camera animator for CP2077 if not for 3rd-person. And another listing for a head animator is just… I don't think they could troll us any harder than that
This job has been up there for well over a year now to now include Witcher/ Cyberpunk 2077.
I'd really really love third person to be implemented into the game as well as Witcher style dialog scenes where you see your player talking as well as the NPC
I honestly couldn't care less for 3rd person…I love the first person. I'd actually like it much more if they enhance the first person view. More animations, finishing moves and stealth kills…and overall iron out the junky movements like areal takedowns and parts of the melee-combat for example.
Later this year, there is a lot coming…i wont go back until next year, maybe after the last dlc…for now it is a bit to late unfornatly…you should talk about the witcher 3 Next Gen to…keap up the good work.
I would like a third person camera, but only for limited scenarios like a kill cam. Dialogs and gameplay should all be first person for max immersion.
I think the TPP maybe exclusive for multiplayer and if they are planning to add TPP for the current CP2077 i think it's going to be flop and wasting so much resources for this particular work because adding TPP for this kind big game takes more time even adding TPP for cutscene if they want to add TPP to the game they could've done it at the developing stage of CP 2077. Some people are already done with DLCs they want expansion and maybe we will get only one expansion for this game this is my thought about this game
More/better 1st person animations are necessary before adding another perspective unless they can pull off fixing one thing while adding another..
u guys really think cdpr will release a 60fps mode for the xbox series s? because i really want to buy this game but the 30fps scares me xd
This game is projected as FPP, is need lots of work to put the TPP , and still this not gonna work, no way. Let's focus on new big story DLC like in Witcher. Really some people wonna to spend them another months to do third person instead good story line? Is no way, that not flat like GTA city. For me, more possible will be a flying cars available, but i don't believe it. This engine have so many problems with open world.
aww this is like Witcher 3 all over again. Terrible launch but took years for it to be great.
Few more years this game might actually be complete and finished..
TPP holdouts be like, "So you're saying there's a chance…"
I wonder if they will finally incorporate actual physics into the game … don't get me wrong I find it hilarious that I can go 160KM hit sign and go to a dead stop of use hatchbacks cars as impromptu ramps and all fun and games aside I think this is one of thereal reasons they are switch to unreal engine as I don't think RED engine is very good at this…
Has new game plus been already added or CDPR just skipped it for good, just like the metro system?
PS: By the way, I've played the game after the 1.5 patch and I haven't seen so much improvement. NPCs in vehicles are still completely idiots, there are no cops chasing you beyond the next 500m distance. I think I'm giving up this game. Not my cup of tea.
Regarding third person, I've seen a great suggestion for this implemented. Because making a third person version would be a massive hassle, an alternative to this would be to have a drone cam that you can have follow you while you are walking around the city. If you go inside a building, enter dialogue or get into combat, the drone automatically stops broadcasting and you switch back to first person. This wouldn't be far removed from how you can see yourself driving a motorcycle. The only things needed would be to improve the walking animations.
