So frustrating ive done all of them apart from the north oak ones still wont work
Same here still nothing ..
Could it possibly be that it wont work on existing playthroughs but when you start a new game because i dont want to start all over again
I managed to fix this quest by installing Cyber Engine Tweaks on nexus mods and next to the car, type in the console "Game.SetDebugFact("holo_delamain_calls_v_start_done", 1)" .
It just started working for me, I was actually doing another mission in a stolen van when I drove past a cab and it started working, so then I tried another and it worked also

I have had a similar bug last night. I had just completed the side mission where you meet Meridith Stout and then D called me and it wouldn’t answer and then he was just fixed on my screen and was unable to make a call for next main mission. Re-started and still same issue. Tried to complete one of the D missions to see if that worked and still no joy. No point playing on until they fix it – very annoying
Only reason I installed this update was to finally complete this quest line & still broken… TF!
